So the first episodes of RAW and SmackDown under this so-called "New Era" are now on the books.
Both shows were good but, which one did better than the other? Who were the ones that shined in each show? Well let's find out and share my thoughts and opinions about this new beginning for the WWE! So we're only 2 days away till WWE BattleGround 2016 comes upon us, looking at the card this could very well be the best BattleGround we are yet to see!
What a stacked card we got, first off The Shield Triple Threat everyone has been waiting for will finally happen here for the first time! Then we also got a lot of huge Tag-Team action going on in this event, most notably The Club taking on Cena with Enzo & Cass! Also Randy Orton returns for the first time in WWE programming after months of hiatus due to injury. He will be the guest of Chris Jericho in the "Highlight Reel" and I expect a RKO Outta Nowhere happening there! Anyway without further ado, let's get through my predictions! The WWE Draft 2016 is now on the books.
On this post we're gonna be taking a look at all the picks for this year's WWE Draft and share my thoughts on them. No B.S. here, let's just cut straight through the blog because it's gonna be a big one! This week was the debut episode of the Cruiserweight Classic Tournament hosted in the WWE Network and it was great! All of the matches were amazing and it really is a breath of fresh air from the usual WWE content we see.
Now few days ago WWE has confirmed that they have signed two of the participants from the tournament: Kota Ibushi and Gran Metalik to WWE contracts after the tournament. Veteran Tajiri was also confirmed to have signed a contract with the WWE. I think this is a smart move for the WWE. With the upcoming brand split, they are gonna call up a lot of the wrestlers from NXT to move in the main roster so NXT will need a lot of fresh talents. We have seen a lot of great wrestlers in the CWC and we're about to see more of them in the coming episodes so I decided to make a list about the 10 other CWC Participants I wanna get signed with the WWE! Without further ado, let's right to the countdown! We are only few weeks away till the WWE Brand Draft returns on July 19 at SmackDown!
As you can obviously see from the title of this post, I will be doing another (much more proper) Fantasy Draft with 30 Draft Picks for each show and see how many I will get right once the official draft itself is gonna happen! Before we start though I wanna state a few things, first off Triple H since being the authority figure that he is can compete in both shows if he wants to. Retiring guys like The Undertaker & Mark Henry won't be included in the list below. Also Ryback won't be included too since his future with the company is unknown. I will also be including a lot of NXT Wrestlers and move them up to the main roster so hopefully both shows will be more impactful and have huge draws. I also included the Championship Titles,GM's,and commentators for each show. Another important note for my own draft is that both the Women's and Tag-Team Champions can freely defend their titles on both shows. Anyway this is all just MY OWN fantasy draft anyway so don't take it too seriously. Feel free to leave your own draft picks in the comments below as well! Happy Canada Day to all Canadians out there!
To celebrate the holiday, here at MWC I will be ranking down the 10 Greatest Canadian Wrestlers of all time! Just like in the Top 100 List and the Top 20 Women's Wrestlers, I'm gonna be taking a look at their in-ring skills, accolades, mic skills, charisma, and overall impact in the business! As always I would just like to remind you all that this list is just 100% MY OPINION. Without further ado, let's get on with the list! |
